In 2003, Lynn Green was commissioned as YWAM’s International Chairman. His focus in this role has been on calling the mission back to its foundational values, leadership development, and improving YWAM’s “central nervous system” – it’s internal and external communications.

Years of experience in YWAM leadership are behind the structure and content of the Base Leaders Training seminar which Lynn developed to equip and sustain base leaders in their challenging roles. These events, along with other resources for base leaders developed by the ICT, are working to support YWAM from the ground up.

YWAM Harpenden has become a hub for global communications, with the International Chairman’s team launching projects such as the 50 days of Prayer and the Chairman’s letters to the mission. Working closely with the International Communications Network in Colorado Springs and other regional communications teams the ICT is committed to developing and improving the way YWAM connects. To that end, we are always looking for new writers, designers, researchers, IT professionals, administrators, and events managers who love YWAM, and love making it happen.
