Marine Reach Ministries - Youth With A Mission International

Marine Reach Ministries (MRM) are ministries of Youth With A Mission which use ships, trucks, containers and mobile clinics to demonstrate Christ’s heart of hope and compassion to those in need around the world.

MRM are committed to: preaching the Gospel; equipping young people and releasing them into their calling; and providing relief, aid and development for those in need. It is divided into three divisions: Marine Reach, Mercy Trucks and Mercy Link.

Since Marine Reach began working among isolated communities in Pacific island nations, MRM has served tens of thousands of people through medical and dental care, and practical help. This is all done by short- and long-term volunteers such as dentists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, doctors, nurses, pastors and missions teams.

The Next Wave

In March 2007 YWAM England bought the 42m sailing vessel s/y Next Wave, which is operated around the UK and in the Mediterranean by Marine Reach. The ship’s aim is to see a new wave of young missionaries released into Europe. The Next Wave has 13 full time crew and regularly runs a YWAM DTS, as well as being used as a base for outreaches.
