The focus of the Foundations in Intercultural Studies (FIS) is primarily to equip people to plant multiplying fellowships in urban settings among unreached peoples. The FIS is the training for the understanding and fusion of two great facts: God’s heart for the city and God’s heart for the unreached. The unreached are not just out in the jungles or deserts – they live in cities more than ever before.Goal

The goal of the FIS is training missionary candidates to work effectively in cross-cultural missions and to plant multiplying fellowships in urban settings among unreached peoples… reaching those who have never had the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ in a way relevant to the culture they come from.
